Individual Accounting Services

Additionally, if you utilize QuickBooks®, Gregg is an expert and can address any issues you might be having with the QuickBooks® program as part of your audit.

Contractor Accounting Services

Most contractors have a very busy schedule and want to spend as little time as possible in the office. Let us deal with payroll, entering transactions, completing bank reconciliations, filing tax forms, responding to IRS notices, etc. We will also prepare detailed job reports to analyze profitability, estimate vs actual costs, or to track billable time and materials. • Our fees are very reasonable. Fees are usually a fixed monthly or quarterly amount and we do not charge extra for phone calls. Think of us as the CFO of your business. We also offer discounted fees for nonprofits!

• The best tax planning occurs BEFORE you do things during the year and NOT AFTER the year is over. We do not charge for calls. Therefore, you can feel comfortable calling us with any questions throughout the year without fear of another bill.
