Gregg S. Bossen, CPA
President/Owner/Founder

Upon graduation from Emory University in Atlanta, Gregg began his career in 1987 in the audit department of KPMG Peat Marwick. After two short years, he began his accounting practice in Atlanta and has been serving individuals and businesses ever since. Recognizing the need for quality instruction, Gregg expanded his practice to include QuickBooks® Seminars taught around the country. Now an Advanced Certified QuickBooks Pro® advisor, Gregg has taught over 950 seminars to more than 18,000 students. Not only does Gregg instruct new and basic users but he has been personally commissioned by Intuit, the makers of QuickBooks®, to instruct other CPA's during the QuickBooks® Accountant's update Seminar held each year. Ultimately, this experience delivers Gregg to the core of his practice–ensuring his clients are as knowledgeable as they can be to guarantee their success and financial well-being.

As Gregg says,
"I think it's important for people to have more than just an accountant or more than just a CPA. I want my clients to learn too. I want them see how accounting can help their businesses and personal finances succeed. Whether it's in my office, at my client's office, or at one of my seminars: It's that light bulb, it does it to me every time. When I'm working with someone who just doesn't seem to get it, and then they get it, that's what it's all about. That's what I work for, that's why I do what I do."

Carol M. Waterfill
Director of Operations and Sr. Staff Accountant
Carol is a graduate of Clemson University in South Carolina and has been with Gregg since the beginning in 1989. She serves as the monthly bookkeeper for many of our business clients, who to put it bluntly, love her! Additionally, Carol is in charge of all major financial dealings within the practice, including all HR and operational considerations.

What is Carol's favorite aspect of her position? "I like the fact that one of our firm's specialties is doing audits for not-for-profit organizations. I enjoy the people who are involved with these organizations and respect the dedication they all have to their missions."

Jennifer Maddox
Audit Manager and Staff Accountant

Jennifer graduated from the University of Georgia and has been a natural fit with Gregg's practice during the 7 years she has been with the firm. She manages the audit portion of the practice performing close to twenty audits a year. Additionally, Jennifer serves as an on-site bookkeeper for those clients lucky enough to have her. She is a true joy to work with. "I love the diversity I get with my job, it's like everyday is something new. Whether it is helping someone or teaching others how to track grants, pledges, or programs; or if it's generating financial reports and audit documents: I really love it when I can teach someone to understand their accounting a little better."
